30Plus Radar Barbel Twin Tip 12ft Rod
NEW for 2011! This is a high quality, lightweight and well specified barbel rod from 30Plus.
It's essentially a 2-piece rod, but comes with a choice of 2 different tip sections - casting up to either 4oz or 6oz, depending on the chosen top section.
The rod is very slim, with a ground matt blank, subtle graphics and large diameter lightweight lined rings. A hook clip is included and the abbreviated handle is terminated with a comfortable grip. You’ll notice too that there is an 'AC-T' motif on the blank, just below the screw-down reel fitting. This stands for ‘Active Compression Technology’ - 30Plus have wrapped the carbon at a special angle during the manufacture of the blank, which actively increases the compression when loading the rod. This, in turn, improves casting distance.
This is a good-looking bit of kit that will prove to be a joy to use! It comes complete with a partitioned bag.
