Match Fishing Masterclass - Carp On Pole And Feeder - Fishing DVD's
Retaining the same format as the previous DVDs, namely two programmes housed within one, we begin by joining Darren Cox fishing the feeder at the Glebe Fishery in Leicestershire. This time Dave Harrell is on hand to quiz the England international as to how he tackles these fish-filled venues.
He talks about the type of rods he uses; the importance of 'clipping up' to ensure the feeder lands in the same spot EVERY time; the baits he uses; his rigs as he catches big fish. We learn about the need for balanced tackle; when to feed and when to hold back. This is a superb programme, with Dave Harrell probing to get the best out of this superb angler.
The second programme on pole fishing for big fish is a real masterclass, as Darren runs us through a five-hour practise session.
Filmed in late October, on a bright, but cold morning, we watch as Darren slowly brings his swim alive. All the time Dave is asking the probing questions and Darren holds nothing back.
As time passes the fish start to come quicker and they get bigger. But he has to keep working, a tweak here, a moved shot there and all the time Dave is asking, why?
These are two superb programmes with learning for everyone and just like Dave's 'On The Bank' series they are over far to soon.
If you already fish for England, these DVD's will probably be of no interest. If you don't, then I promise you there is a vast amount of knowledge to be gleaned, and quite a bit of fun. Enjoy!
