On the Bank With Dave Harrell - Waggler and Pole - Fishing DVD's

Clearly made for television, this incorporates two highly entertaining programmes on one DVD.

The first programme, Waggler Fishing finds Dave at Docklow Pools doing that which he does best, namely float fishing. In it he is joined by David Hall and quite clearly the two of them are enjoying themselves. In between bagging up on silver fish, Dave manages to impart all manner of information; the floats he uses and why; his shotting and feeding patterns; his bait and how he prepares for his matches. All Intriguing stuff and a must for all would-be float anglers.

The second programme finds Dave fishing for skimmers and carp on the long pole. Again he is joined by DH, who grills him about his groundbait, his choice of elastic and the importance of getting just enough loose offerings in the swim to make the fish feed. The emphasis is on getting the most out of the swim. As Dave hooks into one fish after another it becomes clear that correct feeding is crucial. Running time for the two programmes is 60 minutes.

Running Time Approx : 60 minutes
