On days when Insert Peacock Wagglers are a little too sensitive for a situation you might find these thicker Dave Harrell designs useful.

They’re great floats for stillwaters and rivers as the hollow plastic inserts allow light to penetrate through and help you to see the float better.

Lock the float onto the line with the majority of the capacity, and then put a No 6 or No 8 shot down the line for every two foot of water.
