UK Delivery

UK mainland delivery is Free of charge on orders of £25.00 or above, as long as the parcel is under 1.2m. Orders below this amount will cost £3.50. Standard delivery is 5 to 7 days. If your items are longer than 1.2m when packed we will contact you as a small delivery cost may be required. This is due to courier surcharges that are applied to parcels that require manual handling. For parcels over 1.2m where the value of the order exceeds £150.00, we will provide shipping free of charge.

Overlength surcharges are normally charged at £8.00 for parcels between 1.2m - 1.5m and £12.00 for parcels over 1.5m unless exceptionally large. For further information please contact us.

For Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle Of Man & Jersey - small orders will be shipped for £3.50 with Royal Mail however larger orders sent with a courier will cost £10.00. The postage cost is not always automatically generated but if your shipping cost is calculated at the courier rate of £10.00, but we are able to send with Royal Mail we will refund the difference back to the method that you paid.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is the same as above but large parcels may require extra shipping costs to paid depending on size.

Currently, due to courier manual handling surcharges of longer items, we are charging a small amount of postage on some orders. We will advise if this applies to your order before sending but if you require any information or quotation beforehand, please contact us here or phone 0115 9813834.

European Delivery

When sending from the UK to the EU, you will have to pay an amount for duties, taxes, and fees. When you ship with a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, these fees are left to be handled by the recipient on the other side in order for them to collect the parcel.

Small Orders

For all European countries the shipping cost will be worked out depending upon weight. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail and sometimes only costs a few pounds. If no shipping cost is shown at checkout when placing an order we will advise you of the cost after the order has been paid and is ready to send. We can then take payment via your preferred method. This allows us to be very accurate and only charge shipping at cost price.The shipping amount is automatically generated so if we are able to ship using a more economical method we will refund you the difference back to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.

Large Orders

For heavier orders, we can send items up to 31kg and under 1.8 metres in length at specially arranged rates that start at £18.00, depending on the destination country. The shipping amount is automatically generated so if we are able to ship using a more economical method we will refund you the difference back to your credit/debit card or PayPal account. As a guide, please see the table below that shows the cost of shipping these heavier packages to different European countries. Please note that these prices are for one parcel. Orders which require sending in multiple parcels may incurr extra costs.

For very large, oversize parcels or orders over 1.5m in length, there may be an extra shipping cost of which we will advise you after the order has been packed.
